Well it's official.  My doctor has confirmed that I am the proud possessor of not one, not two, but three herniated cervical disks!  Since December I've been dealing with severe back pain and last week's MRI has revealed why. I suspect that these are the fall-out of 4 separate car accidents in my past where I was struck.  Oh well.  Next stop: the Neurosurgeon...
